TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ALL PACAKAGES ARE CUSTOMIZABLE AND A QUOTE WILL BE GIVING FOR ANY ADDITIONS YOU MAY WANT TO ADD TO A PACKAGE.
-Travel is free within the Twin Counties and up to 50 miles of zip code 24343. There will be an additional fee of $0.50/mile outside of the coverage area.
-All sessions will require a signed contract and a 25% non-refundable fee to hold the session. The retainer fee will be taken off the total.
-Additional wedding coverage will be $100/hour.
-Cancelation and/or Reschedule Policy: Cancelation notices should be delivered within 24 hours of your scheduled session or earlier. Retainer fees are non-refundable for cancelations but will be rolled over for rescheduled sessions due to uncontrollable circumstances. (Uncontrollable circumstances includes but not limited to weather, illness, injury, etc). Rescheduling will be upon photographer availability.
-Please arrive promptly to your session. Late arrivals will be deducted from the session time. If client is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled session the photographer has the right to cancel the session as the client has violated the terms of their contract.
